Each capsule contains:
Cloxacillin(as sodium) 50 mg

Each 5 ml (1teaspoonful) of constituted granules contains:
Cloxacillin (as sodium) 125mg/250 mg

Gram-positive infections including those caused by B-lactamase producing staphylococci. Skin and soft tissue infection i.e. boils/carbuncles abscesses , cellulitis , infected wounds, infected burns, protection for skin grafts, infected skin conditions associated with ulcer and eczema. Respiratory tract/upper respiratory tract infections i.e. pneumonia lung abscesses, emphysema, sinusitis, pharyngitis, otitis media, tonsilitis media, tonsilitis, quinsy. Other infections caused by cloxacillin-sensitive organism i.e. osteomyelitis, staphylococci, enterocolitis, septicemia, urinary tract infections.

Adult: Mild to moderate infections 250 mg every 6 hours. Severe infections; 500 mg every 6 hours or as prescribed by a physician.

Cloxacillin 125 mg / 5 ml suspension
Children: 1 to 2 years: 5 mL (1 teaspoonful) 3 to 10 years: 15 mL (teaspoonful) to be taken every 6 hours. Cloxacillin 250 mg / 5 mL Suspension Children: 1 to 2 years: 10 mL 2 teaspoonful to be taken every 6 hours. Should be given about 30 minutes before or at least 2 hours after meal as the presence of food in the stomach reduces absorption or as prescribed by the physician.

To make 60 mL suspension, add 40 mL (8 teaspoonful) of water and shake until contents are evenly suspended. The suspension is stable for 14 days under refrigeration (2-8c) and 7 days if stored at temperature not exceeding 30 c.
